It's hard to beleive but my sweet girl is 5 years old. Where does time go? The biggest desire of her heart was to go to Build a Bear. So she took the birthday money she got from various relatives and we took her to fulfill her wish. After much deliberation she settled on a brown pony. 
Afterward we took her to dinner and Grandma Tove treated her to some ice cream. 
On Sunday we had dinner and a little party with my family. Grandma Vera got her a bunch of clothes for school. 
She is sooo excited. She loved her cake! What a great birthday.

And she even shares a birthday with JK Rowling and Harry Potter. How cool is that?
That little white dog I gave her is from build-a-bear. Of course, it's nowhere near as much fun if you don't build it yourself, but maybe you can tell her it's the pony's cousin or something....
I kind of thought so. Sally the horse and Brownie the dog are already well aquainted. She keeps telling me she wants to go back and get more clothes, the pony doesn't have pj's or a church dress.
